Job Summary
We are looking for a detailed, dependable, and self-motivated Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial transactions and records. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining financial clarity across our manufacturing and fulfillment operations. This position starts as Part-Time, with high potential to transition into a Full-Time role as our business continues to scale.
Responsibilities / Duties

Accounts Receivable (AR): Track incoming payments, process collections, and manage customer accounts.
Accounts Payable (AP): Review, code, and process vendor bills, expense reports, and disbursements in a timely manner.
Invoicing: Generate accurate, timely customer invoices tailored to service and product delivery.
Financial Coding: Ensure all revenue, expenses, and transaction logs are properly categorized in the accounting system.
Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, credit card, and account reconciliations to ensure general ledger accuracy.
Project Reporting: Prepare job-costing and project-level financial reports to track operational efficiency and margins.
General Recordkeeping: Maintain organized financial files and assist with additional administrative or accounting duties as assigned.

Experience and Education

2+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience required
Strong proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or 3PL logistics is a plus
High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required; coursework in accounting or finance preferred
Outstanding organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
Strong problem-solving, time-management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle sensitive financial data responsibly

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
