Full Job Description

We are looking for a Dental Front Office Lead with significant dental experience and treatment planning knowledge (PPO, Dentical, HMO) for our office in Sherman Oaks. Comfortable leading the office in the front independently. Pay is based on experience. Dental experience required.

Benefits:

Daily Pay - We offer hourly pay with many opportunities to gain full-time hours. Monthly bonus opportunities available!

Responsibilities

Appointment scheduling and office flow management
Greeting and welcoming patients and managing recalls
Treatment presentation and planning handled independently
Insurance verification and co-payments
Manage daily office production and ensure the team consistently works toward established production goals.

Qualifications

Must have prior experience working as a Front Lead atleast 1-2 years
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must have strong communication and organizational skills
Preferably have Experience with Open Dental software
Good Telephone Etiquette
Have knowledge of basic office equipment such as: computer, internet, email, copy and fax machines, and telephone.
Open to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month.
