Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service will shine! In this lively role, you will create memorable dining experiences by delivering outstanding service, expertly handling food and beverage orders, and engaging with guests to ensure they feel welcomed and valued. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, processing sales transactions efficiently.
Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Handle cash transactions accurately while managing POS systems and processing payments securely.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly to uphold excellent guest relations.

Skills

Proven experience in food service roles such as serving, bartending, or hosting in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and sales management.
Extensive cocktail experience along with spirits knowledge to craft drinks confidently and upsell effectively.
Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours while maintaining a positive attitude.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and handle diverse needs professionally.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, sales transactions processing, and bill splitting.
Experience in fine dining environments or high-volume restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for the food industry is essential.
