We are seeking a full-time Concierge to join our front-of-house team - a poised professional who thrives in the space where hospitality, precision, and luxury converge.

Who You Are

You are more than a receptionist- you are the first impression, the reassuring voice, and the seamless bridge between patient and provider. You navigate a busy schedule with composure, communicate with polish, and anticipate needs before they’re spoken.

In your world, a ringing phone is answered with warmth before the third chime, a guest is welcomed as though expected, and the day’s pace never compromises grace. You are equal parts host, coordinator, and problem-solver, an essential part of a team committed to excellence.

What You’ll Do

Welcome each patient and guest as if greeting a valued client at a five-star hotel
Orchestrate a dynamic, multi-provider schedule with efficiency and care
Manage all front desk communications: calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with polish and discretion
Guide patients through check-in, check-out, and payment with warmth and accuracy
Partner seamlessly with providers, medical assistants, and fellow concierges to keep the day running in perfect rhythm
Resolve issues before they can disrupt the patient experience
Maintain an immaculate, on-brand reception space that reflects the standard of our practice
Contribute to administrative and coordination projects that elevate our operations

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in luxury medical, hospitality, or spa settings
Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to balance warmth with professionalism
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a composed, polished demeanor
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems
A collaborative spirit and leadership instincts

Schedule & Availability

Full-time: Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required
