Key Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently prepare, label, and dispense prescription medications under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
Provide exceptional customer service and patient interaction, answering questions and triaging issues appropriately.
Operate various pharmacy management software systems for prescription entry, billing, and inventory management.
Assist with inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and returning medications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace.
Adhere strictly to all state and federal laws, regulations, and pharmacy policies and procedures.

Who You Are: Core Requirements

License: Must hold an active, valid, and unrestricted Washington State Pharmacy Technician License.
Unwavering Reliability: Our pharmacy partners depend on our team to be there as scheduled. Impeccable punctuality, a strong work ethic, and a professional commitment to fulfilling accepted assignments are absolutely essential.
Professional Liability Insurance: Must be willing to obtain and maintain an individual professional liability insurance policy to augment our company's coverage. (We offer a reimbursement program for this—see details below!)
Positive & Adaptable Attitude: You must be able to learn quickly and integrate seamlessly with new teams, workflows, and pharmacy software. A can-do attitude is key!
Transportation: Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to assignments within your designated service area.

Preferred Qualifications (What Makes You Stand Out):

National Certification (CPhT from PTCB or ExCPT from NHA).
Experience with multiple pharmacy management systems (e.g., Rx30, EnterpriseRx, PioneerRx, Epic).
Experience in non-sterile compounding.
Previous retail, outpatient, or long-term care (LTC) pharmacy experience.

Compensation & Perks:

Top-Tier Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience and assignment complexity.
