As an active member of the Perham Area Chamber of Commerce and a certified Minnesota Notary Public, I’m dedicated to serving our community both professionally and personally. I am also on the Chamber Board and Chair of the Perham Event Committee.

At our State Farm agency, we are committed to helping individuals and families manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and achieve their dreams. Our team utilizes extensive knowledge in auto, home, life, and health insurance to ensure that our customers in Perham and the surrounding areas are well-protected and financially secure.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jake Bothwell - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
