Roofing Sales Representative (Retail) – Pittsburgh, PA

As we continue to grow our brand in the Pittsburgh market, we're looking for an experienced, motivated Roofing Sales Representative who is passionate about helping homeowners and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Travel to homeowners' properties throughout the Pittsburgh area.
Perform detailed roof inspections on residential homes.
Educate homeowners on your inspection findings and recommend the best solutions.
Explain Ultimate Roofing's process, products, warranties, and installation procedures.
Prepare and present accurate estimates and proposals.
Answer homeowner questions professionally and confidently.
Close sales, collect customer deposits, and assist homeowners with available financing options.
Maintain accurate customer records and job information within the company CRM.
Build strong customer relationships from initial consultation through project completion.
Represent Ultimate Roofing with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of roofing sales experience preferred.
Retail residential roofing sales experience is highly preferred.
Experience selling asphalt shingle and metal roofing systems.
Knowledge of siding, shutters, and replacement windows is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
Comfortable using CRM software and technology.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
