Position Summary
The Project Manager at Victory Field Operations is a true ownership role responsible for managing assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring every project is executed with integrity, discipline, and measurable results. This role oversees all phases of the project lifecycle — planning, cross-functional coordination, timeline and budget control, risk management, and compliance with state and local laws across ballot access, field operations, canvassing, and recount work. Success is defined not by activity, but by results, execution quality, and full accountability across every project assigned.
About Victory Field Operations
Victory Field Operations (VFO) is a data-driven field operations firm dedicated to delivering ballot access, petition management, signature verification, fraud detection, door-to-door canvassing, get-out-the-vote programs, and recount operations for campaigns and causes that cannot afford mistakes. Founded to fill a critical gap in the political field operations industry, the company partners with candidates, ballot initiatives, party organizations, PACs, and civic engagement programs to design, deploy, and defend high-integrity field programs statewide and nationwide.

Built on a foundation of integrity, discipline, accountability, and transparency, the company runs field operations like a professional organization — with scorecards, audits, corrective action systems, and chain-of-custody documentation that protects every client's timeline and credibility. Through its experienced team of field operators, compliance-first approach, and unwavering commitment to defensible results, VFO serves as a trusted partner for campaigns and causes across the country that are serious about winning the ground game.
