Full Job Description

Position Type: Full-time in the office Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Some weekend work will be required to help with property showings, inspections, or other real estate related appointments.

About Us/What We Are Looking For: We are a top-producing real estate team serving La Jolla and coastal San Diego. Our business is built on exceptional client service, strong marketing, and organization/attention to detail. We are seeking an organized, proactive, go-getter mentality and detail-oriented real estate assistant/marketing coordinator to help oversee the day-to-day processes of our real estate business and maintain social media/marketing presence.

This role will serve as the organizational backbone of our business, ensuring that listings, marketing campaigns, client communications, appointments, and all administrative tasks are handled accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple projects/tasks at one time, a problem solver/thinker, tech-savvy/AI proficient, and has marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle miscellaneous administrative projects and run errands as needed
Coordinate/schedule appointments for vendors (photographers, inspectors, contractors, movers, stagers, electricians, handymen, etc.)
Maintain and update Dropbox files and client records
Assist with listing preparation, MLS input, marketing materials, and open house preparation
Manage calendars, emails, and client communications
Track payments and invoices
Design brochures, postcards, email newsletters, and marketing reports
Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of administrative, operations, marketing, and real estate experience
Must have active CA real estate license
Driven/go-getter mentality
Go above and beyond of what’s asked of you / does more than the bare minimum
Able to manage multiple projects/tasks at one time
Problem solver/thinker
Tech-savvy/AI proficient
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media marketing and content creation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, AI, Google, Canva, Dropbox, and CRM systems
Professional appearance and demeanor

Compensation: Is based on experience and qualifications.
