Líder de Grupo de Mantenimiento de Paisajismo (Área de Naples)

Resumen de trabajo:

El líder de grupo debe de estar familiarizado y ser capaz de ejercer todos los aspectos de jardinería que incluye: podar a mano, detalles al cortar y al hacer las orillas, adicional debe saber sobre poda mecánica. Debe de mantener un progreso evaluado o lo que haga falta para todas las cuentas mientras lo coordina con los miembros del grupo.

Requisitos mínimos:

· Licencia de conducir es requerida.

· Mínimo de dos años de experiencia en mantenimiento de diseño de jardín o jardinería fina.

· Capaz de supervisor de uno a tres miembros de grupo.

· Capaz de supervisar efectivamente el adiestramiento de uno o tres miembros de grupo.

· Físicamente capaz de manejar el fujo de trabajo de los miembros de grupo.

· Bilingüe (Inglés y español)

· Capaz de representar a la compañía de manera cortéz y profesional.

Maintenance Team Leader (Naples Area)

Vision Landscapes is a progressive, full-service landscape management firm based in Bonita Springs, Florida. We are licensed in landscape installation and maintenance, irrigation installation and maintenance, and pest control. Our team services Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, and Port Charlotte in Florida.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Team Leader must be thoroughly familiar with and able to perform all aspects of fine gardening to include: hand pruning, detail mowing, detail edging, some mechanical pruning. The Fine Gardening Team Leader must keep the Fine Gardening Client Service Manager appraised of progress (or lack thereof) of all accounts while coordinating with Team members.

Minimum Requirements:

· Driver License is required.

· Minimum of two years of experience in landscape maintenance or fine gardening.

· Able to supervise one or two fine gardening team members.

· Able to effectively oversee the training of one or two fine gardening team members.

· Physically able to handle the workload of a Fine Gardening Team member.

· Bilingual (English and Spanish).

· Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.
