Description
The Digital Marketer is a hands-on creative role focused on content creation, brand voice development, and storytelling. This position is ideal for someone who loves capturing real moments, turning them into compelling visual content, and shaping how a brand shows up across digital platforms.
You will be responsible for creating, managing, and evolving our brand presence through video, photography, design, social media, and email marketing. Acting as a bridge between our company and the community, you’ll help define our voice, grow engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels—online and offline.
Brand Voice & Strategy
- Develop and maintain a clear, consistent brand voice across all platforms
- Translate company values, culture, and initiatives into engaging, on-brand content
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging alignment across marketing and internal communications
Content Creation & Media Production
- Video Capture & Editing (Primary Focus):
- Capture short-form and long-form video content for social media, email campaigns, and marketing initiatives
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Photography & Visual Assets:
- Capture and edit photography for social media, campaigns, portfolios, and internal use
- Create platform-specific graphics and visual assets that align with brand standards
Social Media Management
- Manage social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop and execute a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
- Write captions and copy that reflect brand voice and drive engagement
- Engage with the community through comments, messages, and interactions on an ongoing basis
- Monitor performance and adapt content based on engagement and trends
Email Marketing
- Develop, write, design, and implement email marketing campaigns
- Build and manage email templates that align with brand voice and visual identity
- Coordinate campaign timing, messaging, and calls-to-action
Marketing Systems and Funnel Development
- Develop and manage marketing funnels that guide prospective customers through engagement, conversion, and sales
- Coordinate content to support each stage of the customer journey
- Monitor and analyze funnel performance, including conversion rates, engagement, and lead quality, and implement improvements based on data
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing platforms, tools, and systems that support more effective campaign execution, funnel management, automation, and measurement
- Design, build, and maintain CRM and marketing database systems, and define and refine ICPs and customer profiles
- Perform data management to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of marketing data.
Collaboration & Partnerships
- Coordinate and manage collaborations with influencers, partners, and brands
- Assist with outreach, content planning, and execution for partnerships
- Ensure collaborations align with brand voice and visual standards
Safety
- Follow all OSHA regulations that pertain to your job
- Report any work hazards to your supervisor or manager immediately
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed for activities that will be assigned to you
- Participate in all safety protocols and procedures training that are relevant to your position
- Report and document all work related job injuries and accidents on Rexius provided form
- Attend and participate in annual safety training

- Knowledge of English composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Skilled in the use of standard office equipment including: telephones, calculators, copiers, fax, computers, and computer software (MS Excel, Word, Customer Management Software).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Strong video editing and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
- Portfolio of relevant work (video, photography, design, or social content) required upon request.
- Knowledge of OR-OSHA regulations and changes.

Education / Experience:
Special Requirements/Certifications/Licenses:
- Valid Oregon Driver’s License
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Hand-eye coordination and hand, arm, and finger mobility for detailed work with objects.
- Active movement throughout the day: sitting, walking, standing, squatting, bending, stooping, reaching, etc. (not a sedentary position).
- Vision: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Hearing: able to satisfactorily communicate with customers, owners, and other staff members to ensure that verbal communication is clearly understood, particularly during emergency situations.
- Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer keyboard or operate equipment.
- Exposure to moderate noise levels.
- Exposure to hectic, fast-paced, high anxiety environments.
