Job description

Quali-T Hormone Optimization is a locally owned hormone optimization clinic specializing in men's and women's hormone replacement therapy, shockwave therapy, and sexual wellness. We pride ourselves on providing personalized care, exceptional patient experiences, and direct access to our providers.

We're looking for an experienced Medical Assistant who wants more than "just another MA job."

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, being proactive, and helping a growing private practice thrive. We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and motivated to become an integral part of our team. Insurance is not provided at this time.

Hours

Salem: Mondays and Wednesdays 10am-7pm

Eugene: Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am-7pm

Off on all Fridays

Travel

This position requires in person work at our Salem location on Mondays and Wednesdays and our Eugene location on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Mileage and time will be compensated for the two travel days.

Responsibilities

Room patients and obtain vital signs

Perform blood draws (phlebotomy)

Administer injections

Prepare exam rooms and maintain supplies

Answer incoming phone calls

Schedule appointments

Respond to patient questions

Coordinate laboratory testing

Assist with medication management

Maintain accurate medical records

Help keep the office running smoothly each day

Provide exceptional customer service from the first phone call through every patient visit

Qualifications

Medical Assistant certification preferred

Minimum of 1 year of Medical Assistant experience preferred

Strong phlebotomy skills required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Professional appearance and demeanor
