Full Job Description

Dental Front Office Patient Coordinator

We are expanding our team! Our small South Eugene dental office is currently looking for a Front Office Patient Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills as well as a friendly disposition to provide our patients with a superb patient experience.

Prior dental experience is required for this position.

The job responsibilities include:

Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Check in/out patients
Maintaining hygiene/treatment recall
Verification of insurance plans
Discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements
Collecting and posting patient payments
All other front desk duties as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge of dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar
Knowledge of dental terminology required
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent time management skills

This position is full-time Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-5:00pm. If you feel you would be an asset to our dental team, please send a resume and cover letter.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
