Full Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Regional Sales Representative with a background in cannabis sales to join our team and help expand our footprint across California’s greater North Coast region. This is a commission-driven opportunity ideal for a self-starter who already has established relationships with dispensaries and retail buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with cannabis retailers and buyers across the region
Actively prospect and open new accounts
Maintain and grow existing client relationships
Present products, pricing, and promotions to retail partners
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams on inventory, fulfillment, and customer needs
Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and compliance requirements

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of direct B2B sales experience required.

Experience in account management and building long-term client relationships.
Proven track record of meeting sales goals
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the territory
Must possess a valid California Driver's License and have a clean driving record
Familiarity with California cannabis regulations and compliance standards
Existing relationships with dispensaries in the North Coast region preferred
