Summary:
'Old Town Auto Service' is seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in the US. Located in Eureka, CA. This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while supporting our mission of quality and integrity. Join us to help keep vehicles safe and reliable for our community.

Position Overview:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their automotive needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction. This role is crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and facilitating smooth communication between customers and our skilled technicians.

Responsibilities:
*Greet customers and conduct initial vehicle assessments
*Consult with customers to understand their automotive concerns and service requirements
*Provide accurate and detailed estimates for repairs and maintenance
*Coordinate service appointments and maintain an organized schedule
*Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
*Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles and any changes to the initial estimate
*Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
*Advise additional services and maintenance as needed
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions

Qualifications:
*Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
*Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Familiarity with service management software is a plus
