This is an excellent opportunity to begin your RN career in a supportive hospital environment with experienced clinical teams, strong nursing leadership, and opportunities to develop your skills across a variety of patient populations.

Experienced RNs can also take advantage of opportunities in acute care, LTAC, ICU, or acute rehabilitation.

AVAILABLE NURSING UNITS

MEDICAL-SURGICAL / ACUTE CARE

Provide care for a diverse patient population, including general medical-surgical and nephrology patients.

LTAC / LONG-TERM ACUTE CARE

Care for medically complex patients requiring longer-term acute care, including respiratory failure, ventilator care, wounds, IV antibiotics, and other complex medical needs.

Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.

CRITICAL CARE / ICU

Care for high-acuity patients requiring advanced monitoring and intervention, including ventilated patients and those receiving vasoactive IV medications.

Minimum 1 year of RN experience required. ACLS required.

ACUTE REHABILITATION

Support patients recovering from conditions such as CVA, trauma, surgery, and other complex medical events as they work toward improved independence and functional recovery.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Provide safe, compassionate, high-quality nursing care
Assess patient conditions and develop individualized plans of care
Manage patients with complex medical needs
Administer medications and treatments
Manage CVC, PICC, and midline access
Provide wound care and IV antibiotic therapy
Care for tracheostomy and ventilator patients as applicable
Perform enteral feeding and PEG tube care as applicable
Titrate IV medications and vasoactive drips based on unit requirements
Monitor cardiac and hemodynamic status in critical care settings
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families
Accurately document patient care in EPIC
Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice
Maintain compliance with patient safety and regulatory standards

SCHEDULE

Full-Time
36 hours per week guaranteed
Typically 12-hour shifts
Night shift positions available
Day shifts may be available depending on unit
Weekend and holiday rotations as required
Floating may be required based on unit needs
Cancellation policy: Up to 12 hours every 13 weeks

COMPENSATION AND BONUS

Hourly pay range: $32.94 - $49.36

Estimated annual compensation for acute care roles: $61,663.68 - $92,401.92

$20,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Available for third-shift positions regardless of whether you are a new graduate or experienced RN, with a 1-year work commitment.

Additional night and weekend shift differentials may apply.

REQUIREMENTS

Active Registered Nurse license
Illinois RN license or ability to obtain
BLS AHA Healthcare Provider required prior to start
ACLS required for ICU and Critical Care
New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply
1 or more years of RN experience required for LTAC and ICU
BSN preferred but not required
Basic proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft applications
