Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of swimming pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
Maintain pool equipment by conducting regular inspections and performing necessary repairs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pool systems, including pumps, filters, and heaters.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while working on-site.
Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing their concerns and answering questions regarding pool care.
Document services performed and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Experience

Previous experience as a Pool Technician or in a similar service technician role is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand pool systems and equipment.
Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and maintenance best practices is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
