Digital Marketing Onboarding Specialist:

VIV is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for our new clients, helping them to understand and utilize our digital marketing services effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a passion for customer service.

Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the full range of VIV's digital marketing services and how to utilize them effectively.
Account Setup: Assist clients in setting up their accounts, including configuring their dashboards, integrating their existing tools, and customizing their settings.
Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training sessions and ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about our services and platforms.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored digital marketing strategies that align with their business goals and objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze client performance data to ensure the effectiveness of their digital marketing campaigns and suggest improvements where necessary.
Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to enhance our services and improve the onboarding experience.
