Full Job Description

A real estate development and property management company is looking for a accounting/book keeper. The candidate must be computer literate, be good on the phone, be flexible, be able to handle large task without getting overwhelmed, have some knowledge of AP and AR practices. The ideal candidate should be familiar with MS Office, Quickbooks, google based web mail, and have a tough, but relatable attitude. Ideally this position will also be able to handle some property management duties as well.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Open and sort mail; Receives and reviews invoices from vendors; Filing; Process tenant move outs with onsite managers; Review utility billings for start and stop of tenant billings; Prepare AP informational reports as scheduled or directed; Perform audits at properties.

Compensation:
$25-$28 DOE

Eligible for Discounted apartment rental after 90 day period.

Qualifications:
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
Strong Skills in Accounting systems, QB a plus;
Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written;
Possess strong organizational and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
