Nunn Vhan & Lang is a company dedicated to empowering attorneys and their staff to assist clients through their family law disputes by focusing on legal resolutions that benefit the client and their family for the long term.

Primary responsibilities:

Maintaining attorney calendars.
Draft and edit correspondence.
Prepare, draft, edit, finalize, file and serve pleadings and discovery requests and responses.
File/E-File pleadings in King, Snohomish, Skagit and Whatcom Counties.
Calendaring and confirming hearings, discovery, and trial deadlines.
Manage and keep firsthand knowledge of case files.
Time entry for you and your attorney.
Organize mediation, trial, deposition, and exhibit and witness notebooks.
Prepare for and assist with trials.
Establish and maintain working relationships with clients, court staff and third-party vendors.
Perform various office support duties including - copying, scanning, large print jobs, facing, transcription, operating a multi-line telephone system, filing and data entry.

Strong work ethic and ownership of your role.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Willingness to step into uncomfortable situations with clients.
Motivation to receive feedback and continually grow.
