Full Job Description

A busy and growing Bookkeeping & Accounting firm in Marysville is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to take responsibility for the monthly bookkeeping for an existing set of clients. Income tax return preparation is NOT what we do for our clients. Rather, we work closely with our clients' tax preparers to provide an accurate and timely set of books for tax forecasting and return preparation.

We are looking for a loyal, dependable, friendly, and conscientious person to join our team.

The successful applicant can demonstrate:

At least 3 years current experience in all areas of QuickBooks including Payroll
Excellent knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Excel and Word
Ability to learn established procedures and create new processes where needed
Self-motivated, ability to work independently and stay focused
Personable, outgoing and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients
Working knowledge of Washington State sales tax
Full Benefits = Medical Insurance 100% Paid, Vacation, Retirement plan and Profit sharing

Full time position with flexibility in schedule.

Remote work opportunities after 3-6 months.
