Full Job Description

We’re not looking for someone to simply manage a dental office. We’re looking for someone to help build one of the best dental practices in Colorado.

Golden Hill Family Dentistry is a modern, privately owned practice focused on exceptional patient care, comprehensive dentistry, and creating an experience that exceeds expectations. We’re growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced Office Manager who is excited to lead an incredible team, improve systems, and help take our practice to the next level.

If you’re someone who loves solving problems, leading people, improving processes, and creating an outstanding patient experience, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support our front office team while fostering a positive, accountable culture.
Oversee daily practice operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Coach and develop team members to help them reach their full potential.
Monitor KPIs including production, collections, hygiene performance, scheduling efficiency, case acceptance, and new patient growth.
Improve systems, workflows, and patient communication.
Assist with HR responsibilities including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Manage insurance processes, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
Help implement new technology and continually improve the patient experience.
Work closely with the doctor to execute practice goals and long-term growth initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of dental office management experience (preferred)
Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment presentation
Experience with practice management software (Eaglesoft experience is a plus)
Knowledge of scheduling, collections, and financial systems
Leadership experience with measurable results
