Full Job Description

GRE Capital is a growing real estate investment and private lending company start up based in Plymouth Meeting. We buy properties directly from long-time owners at full price on flexible terms, and we provide financing to investor buyers the banks turn away. Our deals get done face to face and we're looking for a self-driven field representative to be that face of GRE.

Finding property owners who are thinking about selling, and investor buyers looking for their next property. You find them, you qualify them, you build the relationship. When a lead is ready, you hand it to our licensed team to structure and close, you get paid when it does.

Duties:

Conduct face-to-face and phone outreach to property owners and prospective investor buyers throughout Montgomery County using company-provided target lists and scripts.
Qualify leads against GRE criteria (ownership situation, timeline, motivation, financial capability) and log every contact in our pipeline system.
Hand qualified, ready leads to our licensed broker and principals for structuring and closing then remain the relationship's friendly face through settlement.
Attend a weekly pipeline review
Represent GRE professionally and honestly.

You will not discuss loan terms, interest rates, or financing structures, take any loan application, or negotiate any purchase contract. All of that is handled exclusively by licensed professionals. Your job ends at the qualified introduction.

Qualifications

Completion of a verifiable online financial consulting, financial literacy, or comparable finance certificate course (certificate required with application)
A college degree is not required
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to work in the field daily
Strong face-to-face communication skills; door-to-door, B2C, or outside sales experience strongly preferred
Comfort with rejection and the discipline to work an independent schedule
Ability to follow compliance rules exactly: Do-Not-Call list scrubbing, borough solicitation permits, and our written scripts and boundaries
Must pass a background check
Must be able to submit a monthly interaction log book for review
Complaints/ misconduct will not be tolerated

Compensation

100% commission, uncapped, as an independent contractor (Form 1099)
$2,000 per closed transaction originating from your qualified lead (seller or buyer side)
Top performers working a full field schedule can realistically build toward $60,000–$120,000+/year as our deal volume scales and you're getting in at the ground floor of a program built to do 40+ transactions a year
No base salary or benefits; you set your own schedule and territory plan within Montgomery County.
