Our company is embarking on a growth path where we are looking to add an experienced leader of an auto programming and recalibration business on a multi-state growth path in the Northeast United States.
Our company provides high end programming a calibration services to the automotive services industry with seasoned technicians and a unique focus on skill, quality, tackling the most complex repair challenges.
If you have previously growtn Operations and/ or Sales for a multi-state expansion with an auto services company, particularly in the programming or calibration segment, you may find this to be an exciting opportunity to lead and spearhead a highly profitable company’s growth. The position will include substantial upside via Equity ownership or equity linked compensation tied to successful growth into 5+ states.
We are looking for someone who has experience and driven tangible growth results previously with the skills to manage personnel, sales, operational execution, driving earnings and creating a platform for long term expansion.
Our business currently services customers in 3 states, with corporate office in New Jersey. The right hire will work with owners and investors to collaborate on a strategic plan to grow 50% in each of the existing three states, with plans to expand to two additional states in 3 years.
The right candidate will bring a record of results, achievements that show a track record of profitable customer acquisition, corporate growth, and the ability to bring teams together under a common shared vision and goal.
The opportunity will be to drive the results and realize compensation based on growth targets in addition to base salary, standard bonus
Position based in-person in southern New Jersey / Philadelphia area.
Annual Bonus, Sales commission, and over time equity participation.
Growth result bonus: significant bonus available based on earnings and sales expansion success over
several years.
Requirements:
- College Degree
- 5+ years in leadership role in growth companies
- Experience leading teams in multi-state growth companies
- Proven results driving sales and expansion
- Experience in automotive industry
Helpful background:
Experience in Management roles with auto calibration / programming companies
Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
