Aras Fine Rug Cleaning & Restoration — Malvern, PA
Full-Time Hours | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Contract Position | Excellent Pay | Paid Holidays & Vacation

Aras Fine Rug Cleaning & Restoration is an established, family-owned rug cleaning and restoration company seeking a reliable, organized and confident Office Manager / Customer Service Coordinator to take an active role in managing our day-to-day office operations.

We offer excellent, competitive pay, a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, paid holidays and paid vacation time. While this position does not currently include health insurance or a traditional corporate benefits package, we value long-term employees and are open to additional benefits and opportunities as the position grows and develops over time.

We are looking for someone who wants to become an important and dependable part of a small business—not someone simply looking for a temporary job.

Responsibilities

Open and close the office
Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
Schedule appointments and coordinate customer needs
Learn our services and assist with pricing and estimates
Enter customer and job information into our computer system
Maintain records, paperwork and filing
Assist with sales and customer follow-up
Communicate with customers regarding their rugs and services
Coordinate with our cleaning and restoration staff
Keep the office organized and running efficiently
Handle general day-to-day office responsibilities
Take initiative and help solve problems as they arise

The Person We're Looking For

The right candidate is dependable, punctual, organized, personable and confident. You should be comfortable working independently, answering phones, dealing directly with customers and handling several responsibilities at once.

This is a small, active, hands-on business—not a quiet corporate office. We need someone who can take ownership of their responsibilities, learn how our business operates and become someone the owners can truly rely on.

Previous experience in office management, customer service, administration, sales, scheduling or a small-business environment is strongly preferred.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
