Full Job Description

CreativeMC is a San Francisco-based, 100% employee-owned promotional merchandising company with offices in San Francisco, Sacramento, and Prague, providing branded merchandise, corporate gifting, fulfillment, and e-store solutions to leading organizations worldwide. Our Sacramento Fulfillment Center handles warehousing, kitting, e-stores, fulfillment, and domestic and global shipping for a client base that includes Fortune 500 companies across tech, education, legal, medical, and hospitality.

We're looking for a Director of Fulfillment Operations to lead and scale our Sacramento operation through two major growth milestones: the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (SNAP Fulfill) and a transition into a significantly larger facility — both within the next 10 months.

The Role

This is a strategic operational leadership position focused on elevating the performance, efficiency, and scalability of CreativeMC's fulfillment and logistics operations. You'll oversee all fulfillment center operations, directly manage the Fulfillment Center Manager and Shipping & Logistics Coordinator, and provide leadership for a team of 11 Fulfillment Center Associates and Leads through your manager. Working closely with Sales, Brand Services, Finance, and senior leadership, you will evaluate current processes, implement new technology and systems, strengthen operational controls, and implement best practices that improve accuracy, productivity, and service levels. Success in this role will require a strong focus on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement as you help prepare the organization for its next phase of growth.

What You'll Own

Full operational leadership of the Sacramento Fulfillment Center — receiving, warehousing, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and e-store support
WMS implementation — serving as operational lead on the SNAP Fulfill rollout, from workflow mapping and testing through training and full adoption
Warehouse expansion — planning and executing our facility transition, including layout, staffing, inventory movement, and shipping continuity
KPI development, SOP creation, workflow improvement, and operational reporting to leadership
Possesses ownership in maximizing efficiencies, minimizing error rate, effective workflow management, high level trouble-shooting, and client relations
Team development and a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
Budget management, labor utilization, service fees, and shipping cost oversight
Safety compliance and active support of our Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)

What You Bring

7–10 years in warehouse operations, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain
3–5 years leading operational teams
WMS implementation experience strongly preferred; SNAP Fulfill a plus
Experience with warehouse growth, scaling, or facility transitions
Strong analytical, planning, and cross-functional communication skills
Proficiency in shipping platforms, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office; experience with FedEx Ship Manager, Salesforce, or Propago a plus
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business — or equivalent experience

$125,000–$140,000 annually (DOE), plus performance bonus
