***up to $24,000 Signing Bonus, up to $6,000 relocation assistance, and $2000 CE credit per year with 2 year full-time commitment***

Are you looking for more than just an associate position?

My wife and I own a thriving, multi-doctor practice in Fairbanks, Alaska, and we’re beginning the search for the right dentist to join our team with the opportunity to become a partner and eventually purchase the practice.

This isn’t a “retiring next year” situation. We envision a buy-in opportunity within 2 years and a total transition within 10 years. Our goal is to find someone who wants mentorship, a gradual transition into ownership, and the chance to lead a well-established practice when the time is right.

What we’re looking for:

A dentist who wants to build a long-term career—not just collect a paycheck.
Someone who shares our commitment to exceptional patient care.
A person who values teamwork, leadership, and giving back to the community.
Someone who fits our culture and genuinely enjoys building relationships with patients and our team.
3-4 days per week with a balanced lifestyle.
