Full Job Description

One of Manhattan’s largest multi-specialty dental practices is seeking an exceptional dentist to serve as its Chief Clinical Officer / Clinical Director.

The practice operates 44 operatories, serves a large and growing patient base, and welcomed more than 6,000 new patients last year. With general dentistry and multiple specialties under one roof, the practice offers an unusual opportunity to build a truly integrated model of care at meaningful scale.

We are investing substantially in our doctors, team, technology, facilities, and patient experience, with the goal of building one of the best dental practices in New York. We are looking for an outstanding clinician and leader who wants to help us do that.

This person will serve as the lead doctor for the practice: continuing to treat patients while setting the clinical standard, developing our doctors, recruiting exceptional clinicians, and helping shape the future of the organization.

This is a meaningful leadership role with an opportunity for ownership and participation in the long-term growth of the practice.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the senior clinical leader for a large, multi-specialty practice.
Maintain an active clinical schedule and lead by example.
Establish an exceptional standard for clinical quality and patient care.
Recruit, mentor, and develop general dentists and specialists.
Build a collaborative environment where doctors learn from one another and enjoy practicing.
Improve comprehensive treatment planning and interdisciplinary care.
Partner with operational leadership on technology, patient experience, staffing, and growth initiatives.
Help identify new clinical capabilities, specialties, and services to bring to the practice.
Play a central role in shaping the long-term direction of the organization.

Who We’re Looking For

DDS or DMD with an active New York license or ability to obtain one.
7+ years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred.
An excellent clinician with strong comprehensive treatment-planning skills.
Exceptional patient communication and chairside manner.
Someone other doctors respect and want to learn from.
Experience mentoring, leading, or developing dentists.
Collaborative, low-ego leadership style with high standards for clinical quality and ethics.
Excited by the opportunity to help build something exceptional.

Experience in multi-specialty dentistry, practice ownership, or formal clinical leadership is helpful but not required.
