Are you the person everyone turns to when they need something handled?
Do you naturally create order from chaos?
Do you enjoy making people feel cared for?
Can you confidently lead a project while noticing the little details that make someone feel at home?
If so, we’d love to meet you.
Fresh Start is looking for a Move Concierge Project Manager to lead luxury moves, senior downsizing projects, and home transitions throughout Napa Valley. This isn’t a typical moving job and it isn’t just professional organizing. It’s an opportunity to guide people through one of the biggest transitions of their lives with professionalism, compassion, and exceptional attention to detail.
About Fresh Start
At Fresh Start, we don’t simply move boxes, we manage life transitions.
Whether a client is downsizing after 40 years in their home, relocating to a senior living community, moving across the state, or preparing an estate for sale, we coordinate every detail from start to finish. Our clients trust us to remove the stress from an overwhelming process so they can focus on what matters most. Every project is different, every client has a story, and every detail matters.
About You
You are the type of person who…
- Naturally takes ownership.
- Notices the details other people miss.
- Makes people feel comfortable within minutes of meeting them.
- Loves checking things off a list.
- Thrives when every day looks different.
- Enjoys solving problems.
- Has excellent judgment.
- Can confidently lead a team while remaining calm under pressure.
- Appreciates beautiful, organized spaces.
- Takes pride in leaving something better than you found it.
You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to happen and make it happen.
What You’ll Do
As our Move Concierge Project Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of a client’s transition from the initial planning meeting until they’re comfortably settled into their new home.
You’ll create project plans, coordinate vendors, communicate with everyone involved, lead our team on-site, solve problems as they arise, and ensure every client experiences the level of care Fresh Start is known for.
No two days are the same. One day you might be coordinating movers, meeting with a realtor, and organizing a timeline for a luxury relocation. Next, you may be helping a senior decide what to bring to their new apartment, styling bookshelves in a newly unpacked home, and ensuring the refrigerator is stocked before they arrive.
