Full Job Description

About the Role

Strategies For Wealth Management is looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented professional to be the first point of contact for our clients and the operational backbone of our office. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in creating a polished, welcoming client experience while keeping the behind-the-scenes details running smoothly. If you love being the person who makes everyone's day easier — clients, advisors, and teammates alike — we'd love to meet you.

Client Experience

Serve as the friendly first voice and face of the firm — answering the main line, directing calls, and greeting clients and prospective clients in the reception area with a beverage and a warm welcome
Confirm appointments the day before and retrieve/return messages from the main line in a timely manner
Send birthday texts and track team birthdays and work anniversaries (automated systems in place)

Calendar & Scheduling Support

Review the calendar each morning and afternoon and keep the team informed of appointments and locations
Support the founders directly with calendar management, travel arrangements, gift purchasing, and other personal/professional tasks

Data & CRM Management

Maintain and update client records in our CRM (experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Redtail, or similar strongly preferred)
Input data from seminar, webinar, and workshop intake sheets, and scan intake forms into the database

Office Operations

Manage incoming/outgoing mail and shipping of brochures and marketing materials
Organize attendee paperwork for dinner seminars and workshops
Handle light filing and document organization
Monitor and order office supplies and inventory (paper, coffee, snacks, envelopes, etc.)

What You Bring

Several years of experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar client-facing role
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office technology
Comfort learning and using CRM platforms
Excellent communication skills and a genuine, client-first attitude
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Financial services or advisory industry experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
