About Us:

The LECOM Institute for Successful Living is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Position Overview:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor with the LECOM Institute for Successful Living, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional nursing care to our patients. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled individual who is committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based care while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.

Ask about our Retention Bonus for Registered Nurses: **$5,000 to $12,000 first year BONUS with 5 year potential of $80K in total bonuses!**

Tuition Reimbursement:

In addition to the new bonus, the RN and LPN Tuition Reimbursement Program was created to assist LECOM Health employees by offsetting a portion of their educational expenses. Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses may be eligible for tuition reimbursement up to $22,000. Inquire for plan details.

Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor patients' health conditions.
Develop and implement nursing care plans.
Administer medications and treatments.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Valid and current RN license in Pennsylvania.
CPR certification.
Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Previous nursing experience is a plus.
