Full Job Description

Job Summary

Keep the books clean and the numbers ready for a growing logistics group.

HPSX Logistics LLC is the parent company of a portfolio that includes seven logistics and transportation businesses and an automotive repair shop. We've built strong operations, and we're growing. We need a detail-driven bookkeeper to keep our books accurate and produce clean, organized financials across the portfolio—so our Controller and leadership can make the calls.

Right now, our books live in QuickBooks and transactions get logged. We need someone to take it further: reconcile the books, run the reports on a reliable schedule, and hand off clean, organized data every week and every month.

What you'll do

Maintain clean, accurate, reconciled books in QuickBooks across all nine entities
Produce weekly profitability reports for each operating company
Prepare monthly P&Ls, balance sheets, and standard financial statements per entity
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable across the portfolio
Assist with month-end close, accruals, and general ledger upkeep
Deliver organized, ready-to-use financial data to our Controller on a consistent schedule
Keep records tidy, categorized, and audit-ready

What you bring

Strong hands-on QuickBooks experience (QuickBooks Online a plus)
Solid grasp of bookkeeping fundamentals—reconciliations, categorization, financial statement preparation
Experience producing P&Ls and balance sheets
Working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Comfort managing multiple entities and a high volume of transactions
Sharp attention to detail and the discipline to hit weekly and monthly deadlines
Reliable, organized, and consistent—you deliver clean data on time, every time
Bonus: experience in logistics, transportation, trucking, or another multi-entity environment
