Print Lab Wraps is a dynamic, design-driven graphics and vinyl installation company specializing in vehicle wraps, signage, wall graphics, and custom branding solutions. We bring brands to life through bold creative work, high-quality production, and flawless installation.

We’re growing and looking for an ambitious, motivated Outside Sales Representative to help expand our client base and build lasting relationships across a variety of industries.

In this role, you’ll connect with businesses, identify new opportunities, develop relationships, and help clients turn their branding ideas into eye-catching visual solutions.

From custom fleet graphics and vehicle wraps to storefront signage and large-scale wall graphics, every project brings something new.

Position Summary

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Print Lab Wraps, building relationships with prospective clients, uncovering opportunities, and helping businesses bring their brands to life through custom graphics and visual branding solutions.

This is a relationship-driven sales role that combines consultative selling, creative problem-solving, and proactive business development. You’ll work closely with our design, production, and installation teams to turn client needs into successful projects while helping drive revenue and expand our presence across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across automotive, commercial, retail, fleet, and other industries.
Consultative Sales: Meet with prospective and existing clients in person or virtually to understand their goals, recommend creative solutions, and communicate the value of custom wraps, signage, wall graphics, and branding.
Quote & Proposal Development: Prepare accurate, professional, and competitive proposals for custom projects, recurring accounts, and larger commercial opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools. Track opportunities, follow up consistently, and move prospects through the sales process from initial contact to closing.
Relationship Management: Develop strong, long-term client relationships through responsive communication, transparency, professionalism, and exceptional follow-through before, during, and after each project.Business Development & Outreach: Proactively generate new opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, local business visits, industry events, trade shows, and other creative prospecting strategies.
Community & Industry Representation: Represent Print Lab Wraps professionally at networking events, trade shows, community functions, and industry gatherings to increase brand awareness and establish new connections.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our design, production, and installation teams to ensure client expectations, project scope, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated and successfully executed.
Market & Industry Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, emerging products, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and help develop effective sales strategies.
Revenue Growth: Consistently pursue new accounts, expand existing relationships, and identify opportunities to increase project size, repeat business, and overall customer value.

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years of successful B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in custom graphics, signage, automotive aftermarket, or a related creative field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, consultative approach.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, shopVox) and comfort using sales tracking software.
General understanding of vinyl wrap materials, applications, and installation timelines is a strong plus.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a bonus but not required.
