At Onyx Care of Farmerville, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Dietary Manager to join our team of compassionate healthcare professionals. Our patient-centered approach and innovative technology enable us to provide exceptional post-acute rehabilitation services, and we're looking for a dedicated professional like you to help us achieve our mission.

About the Role:

As a Certified Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the dietary department and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality food and beverage services. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and nutritious environment, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Certified Dietary Manager is a vital role in our organization, and we're seeking a talented and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

Manage the dietary department, including supervising dietary aides, cooks, and other support staff
Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our patients, ensuring compliance with hospital regulations and standards
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized dietary plans for patients
Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Registered Dietitian (RD)
At least [Minimum Years of Experience] years of experience in a dietary management role
Strong knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Certified Dietary Manager title will be prominent in your professional experience and education
