Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate the dining experience. This approachable leader will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen operations, and team management, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service. Duties

Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel, to ensure efficient daily operations
Oversee food production processes, ensuring adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures and proper handling techniques
Manage inventory control and procurement to minimize waste and optimize food cost management
Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision planning and execution
Implement training programs focused on food safety standards, cooking techniques, and customer service excellence
Monitor kitchen performance through shift management, ensuring timely food service delivery and guest satisfaction
Enforce strict compliance with health regulations and safety protocols across all culinary activities

Experience

Extensive culinary experience with a strong background
Proven supervising experience leading diverse kitchen teams in fast-paced settings
Demonstrated expertise in banquet operations, catering services, and large-scale food production
In-depth knowledge of dietary department procedures and specialized dietary accommodations
Strong skills in inventory management, cost control, and food industry best practices
Experience managing restaurant or hospitality operations with a focus on food service management
Familiarity with kitchen management systems, menu planning software, and inventory control tools
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development, motivation, and conflict resolution
Hands-on experience with food handling standards, sanitation procedures, and maintaining high safety standards
