Full Job Description

Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant and become the welcoming face of our organization! This energetic role is vital in creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients while ensuring smooth office operations. You'll handle a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate communication, and support daily office functions with enthusiasm and professionalism across a few different departments (front admin & admin). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and enjoy helping others, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

Front Admin Office:

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service.
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and direct inquiries efficiently.
Handle clerical duties such as copying, scanning, faxing, and maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.

Billing Department:

Enter daily visit into EHR system
Collect and post patient responsibilities per visit
Collect and post patient balances

Skills

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle inquiries confidently.
Previous office administrative experience is highly desirable.
Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing data entry accurately.
Strong time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude toward visitors and callers.
Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is advantageous for specialized roles requiring specific industry knowledge.

Work Hours:

Tuesday - Friday: 12:00pm-8:30pm (with a 30 minute or 1 hour break)
Saturday: 9:00am- 5:30pm (with a 30 minute or 1 hour break)

Pay Rate: $17.00 to start (firm) with a 6 week evaluation with possible increase to $18.00

Pay: $17.00 per hour
