A growing multifamily property management company is seeking an experienced Community Director to lead the operations of a residential community in Northwest Arkansas.

We're looking for a leader who takes ownership, builds strong teams, and believes that exceptional communities are created through operational excellence, meaningful resident relationships, and a culture of accountability. Position Summary

As Community Director, you will be responsible for the overall success of the property, including financial performance, resident satisfaction, team leadership, asset preservation, and operational execution.

You'll have the autonomy to lead your community while partnering with an engaged leadership team committed to your success.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Lead the daily operations of the community with a focus on resident satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence.
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing onsite team through clear expectations, accountability, and recognition.
Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and resident retention while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Manage budgets, collections, expenses, and overall property performance.
Maintain the physical asset by partnering with maintenance and vendors to ensure a safe, attractive, and well-maintained community.
Foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, and business partners.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and operational standards.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, performance, and the resident experience.

Qualifications

Three or more years of multifamily property management experience.
Proven success leading onsite teams.
Strong understanding of property operations, leasing, budgeting, collections, and resident relations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or similar property management software preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
