Duties & Responsibilities:

· Be knowledgeable of the products and services the company offers

· Provide accurate estimates and quotations for current and new customers

· Have knowledge of how customer and distributor contracts work

· Recognize how to identify potential customers and distributors and devise a plan of how to target these new customers (on-sight visits, cold calls etc.)+

· Obtain necessary documentation from potential and current customers and distributors in accordance with current procedures

· Make all interactions with new and existing customers personable and build a relationship based on trust

· Maintain an appropriate level of communication with current and potential customers and distributors such as completing check-ins

· When selling product to customers aim to upsell items to create additional revenue

· Focus on having reoccurring customers that receive product consistently ever single month within a year at a time

· Provide excellent service to potential and current customers and distributors and provide problem solving skills for any issues that arise

· Perform research on current sales trends regularly to keep the company ahead of competition

· Develop and implement processes, or a growth strategy, using the research obtained that will benefit the company and increase revenue

· Provide data showing results of processes on a regular basis

· Complete any other tasks provided by management

Specifications/Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in strategic sales

· Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications or another related field

· Experience using a CRM system (ODOO), Microsoft Office applications

· Strong organizational methods, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Professional and effective communication skills

· Ability to abide by confidentiality regulations provided by the company

· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player

· Ability to adjust to company and market needs as they evolve

· Must be dependable, punctual, and proactive

· Must have the ability to travel and create new opportunities for the company

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud and may require hearing protection to be worn in the work area. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) can be provided.

Physical Demands:

Ability to wear ear plugs, earmuffs and a half-mask type respirator, if applicable
Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 25 lbs. unaided
Ability to stand or sit for up to 3 hours at a time
Ability to occasionally kneel, crouch, bend or extend reach as required to perform tasks
