Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the production process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. The Producer will be responsible for coordinating production activities, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire production process from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are met.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Coordinate with various departments including sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations including HIPAA when applicable.
Oversee benefits administration and sales administration processes related to production projects.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the production cycle to enhance client satisfaction.
Utilize outside sales techniques to promote services and expand client base.
Conduct telemarketing efforts as needed to generate leads and foster relationships with potential clients.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date for client.

Qualifications

Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Must have Property/Casualty and Life/Health License
candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in this role.
Strong understanding of the sales processes.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
Experience in retail sales or outside sales environments is advantageous.
Ability to communicate effectively across various channels and adapt messaging for different audiences.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
