Full Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for an HR & Bookkeeping Specialist to support both our people and financial operations at Mundo-Tech. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep things running smoothly—supporting employees, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring everything from onboarding to invoices is handled correctly.

If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and like having a variety in your day, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Human Resources

Coordinate new hire onboarding (paperwork, employee setup, compliance forms)
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance
Support payroll updates and employee changes
Help administer benefits (health insurance, 401k, PTO tracking)
Assist with recruiting and interview scheduling
Answer employee questions about pay, benefits, and policies
Draft and send HR communications and updates
Track training, certifications, and required documentation

Bookkeeping & Accounting

Process accounts payable and receivable
Manage invoices, vendor payments, and expense tracking
Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly reporting
Assist with payroll reconciliation
Work with external partners (CPA, vendors) as needed

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in HR, bookkeeping, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to handle confidential information with care
Comfortable working across both HR and accounting tasks
Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
Experience with systems like BambooHR, QuickBooks, or similar is a plus
