Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HVAC Project Manager to lead and oversee heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex construction projects, coordinate with diverse teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, technical expertise in HVAC systems, and a passion for driving projects forward with energy and precision. Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop detailed project plans and specifications.
Utilize construction management software to develop project schedules, track progress, and manage resources effectively.
Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of HVAC systems.
Oversee procurement processes including contracts negotiation, material estimation, and subcontractor management.
Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance, quality standards, and timely completion while managing project risks proactively.
Prepare detailed reports on project status, change orders, cost control measures, and schedule updates for stakeholders.
Ensure effective project coordination by managing timelines using project scheduling tools.
Conduct regular site visits to verify work quality, review progress against schematics and blueprints, and resolve onsite issues swiftly.

Requirements

Proven experience managing HVAC or related construction projects with a strong background in construction management.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems design including schematics reading and blueprint interpretation.
Familiarity with construction estimating processes and contract negotiations.
Hands-on experience with construction site activities including safety protocols and quality assurance.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively within tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating between clients, teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
Prior experience in civil or heavy construction environments is advantageous.
