About Us:

At Peachy Pet Sitters, we’re more than just pet sitters – we’re trusted companions for pets and peace-of-mind providers for their owners. Based in Saint Charles, MO, we offer in-home overnight pet sitting, dog walking, and drop in visits for a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, and small critters. We pride ourselves on compassionate care, reliability, and building lasting relationships with both pets and their owners!

Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate animal lovers to join our team that could start immediately! This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for individuals with a love for animals, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently!

Responsibilities:

Provide loving, attentive care to pets in their homes
Walk dogs safely and responsibly (morning, midday, evening)
Feed, clean up after, and engage pets (playtime, cuddles, basic meds, etc.)
Perform drop in visits (morning, midday, evening)
Perform OVERNIGHT SITTING in the client's home (sleep there overnight and not gone longer than 5-6 hours at a time during the day) *HEAVILY REQUIRED*
Communicate with pet owners with updates and photos over text and in our app
Communicate with management team when needed
Follow specific care instructions for each pet

Requirements:

18+ years old
Must love animals and have experience caring for them (personal or professional)
Comfortable with dogs of all sizes and breeds (cats and other critters are a plus!)
Comfortable administering oral medications (experience in giving injections is a plus!)
Have your own transportation
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
Must have weekday, weekend, and holiday availability!
Must have availability for midday walks/drop in visits, and not be gone longer than 5-6 hours at a time for overnight sitting!
Must be available for at least a 7 night overnight stay (longer is better or no limit on how many nights is a HUGE plus! As well as open to doing back to back stays especially during busier times!) *HEAVILY REQUIRED*
Ability to follow company guidelines and procedures
Attend our monthly team meetings
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
