Full Job Description

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
Hours: Part-Time, 3 days per week

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support accurate and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have experience with prevailing wage payroll, certified payroll reporting, and Paylocity.

Responsibilities

Process weekly payroll accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and maintain prevailing wage payroll and certified payroll reports.
Ensure payroll complies with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
Review employee timecards, deductions, wages, and payroll adjustments.
Enter and maintain payroll information in Paylocity.
Research and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
Assist HR and management with payroll-related questions and reporting.

Qualifications

Previous experience processing payroll, preferably in the construction industry.
Experience with prevailing wage and certified payroll is required.
Hands-on experience with Paylocity preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
Ability to work independently and meet payroll deadlines.

This is a part-time position working three days per week: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
