Full Job Description

Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist who loves helping children build strength, confidence, and independence?

Join the exceptional multidisciplinary team at Advanced Pediatric Therapies (APT)—a collaborative, family-centered clinic where every child's potential is our purpose.

APT provides a full spectrum of pediatric services, including Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health Therapy, Nutrition Services, and Developmental Pediatrics. Our therapists work together to provide comprehensive, individualized care for children from birth through 18 years of age.

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping children improve their mobility, balance, coordination, strength, and functional independence through engaging, play-based therapy.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and screenings.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs and goals.
Provide evidence-based, play-focused physical therapy interventions.
Educate and support parents and caregivers with home exercise programs and developmental strategies.
Collaborate with physicians, educators, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Complete evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and team collaboration.
Provide services in our outpatient clinic and, when applicable, in community and home settings for Early Intervention (birth to age 3).
Foster a fun, positive, and motivating environment that encourages children to reach their full potential.

Qualifications

Required

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current Nevada Physical Therapist License, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working with children and their families.

Preferred

Pediatric physical therapy experience.
Early Intervention experience.
Experience working with children with developmental delays, neurological conditions, orthopedic diagnoses, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other pediatric diagnoses.
