Start Your Career in Dealership Accounting

Larson Automotive Group is hiring a Billing Clerk for our corporate accounting office. This is a full-time opportunity for someone organized, dependable, and ready to learn a long-term career in dealership accounting.

No dealership experience required—we will train the right person.

What You’ll Do

Process and post vehicle deals
Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness
Track contracts and receivables
Help correct billing and documentation issues
Support daily accounting and reporting tasks
Work closely with managers and the accounting team

Requirements:

Automotive billing experience 1 year preferred
Familiarity with accounting software programs.
Tekion experience a plus.
Mathematical aptitude.
Professional written and verbal communication.
Strong emphasis on customer service.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks by importance.
Able to keep up in a fast-paced accounting office.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
