General office skills, customer service and organizational skills are a must.

This position is paid hourly and can have bonuses based on company performance and your performance.

Heres what we need from you-

Customer facing and phone skills. You will answer every customer call and manage their expectations as well as coordinate with the sales staff to set in-home appointments

Social media: You will operate our social media and create posts for our business 3 - 5 times a week on various platforms keeping our customers and followers informed of changes, sales and keeping us at the top of their minds.

Customer Service. Customer service is our first priority. Projex believes in putting customers first and is a large part in why we're staying busy and growing. We never leave customers hanging and are alway prompt and courteous.

Organization. You will need the ability to organize and handle multiple tasks as well as prioritize your workflow day to day

Scheduling. You will manage all of the scheduling for all of our teams day to day and month to month keeping everyone busy and organized while also keeping customers up to date with changes as they come up

Networking. This position will require you to attend weekly meetings and work with and maintain positive interactions with other businesses in the area

Estimates. You will learn to effectively quote business and provide scope of works to potential customers

Meetings. You will schedule and be a part of our weekly and monthly meetings discussing safety, sales, up coming projects and upcoming events.

This is an office job not a work from home job. The office is located in downtown Findlay
