Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef Manager to lead our corporate dining operation with energy and excellence. In this role, you will oversee all culinary activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, nutritious, and innovative meals that meet the diverse needs of our corporate clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven setting while driving operational efficiency and culinary creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute menus that align with company standards and customer preferences
Supervise and schedule staff
Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
Maintain food cost controls and inventory management
Oversee compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with management to meet operational and financial goals
Foster a positive and professional culture

Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of culinary management or head chef experience
Catering experience
Proven leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
Knowledge of cost control, ordering, and kitchen administration
Must be available on select weekends as needed. Typical hours are weekdays during the daytime.
Food managers certificate preferrred, but willing to allow the right candidate to obtain it after hire.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
