Valley Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics
Location: Hopewell Junction, NY & Jefferson Valley, NY
Valley Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our amazing orthodontist, helping patients begin their journey toward beautiful, healthy smiles.

Schedule & Locations
This is a full-time position that requires travel between our two offices:
- 3 days per week: Hopewell Junction
- 2 days per week: Jefferson Valley
Our orthodontic team works from both locations, so reliable transportation is required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide patients through the orthodontic consultation process
- Present treatment plans and explain recommended orthodontic care
- Verify and review insurance benefits
- Discuss financial options and create customized payment plans
- Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment timelines
- Take orthodontic records, including patient photos/images and necessary diagnostic information
- Prepare and maintain orthodontic reports, treatment tracking reports, and other practice-related documentation
- Monitor treatment progress and assist with keeping patient records accurate and up to date
- Assist with patient flow and jump in wherever needed to support the orthodontic team and provide an exceptional patient experience
- Work closely with our orthodontist and clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience
- Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software
Qualifications
- Experience in the dental field preferred
- Orthodontic experience preferred
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable discussing finances and payment options
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
