Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Middleton, WI

Compensation: Based on Experience and Job Performance

Job Type: In Person, Full Time (Mondays-Thursdays 8:30-5 and Fridays 8:30-2:00)

T. Wall Enterprises specializes in multifamily real estate development, property management, and investment, delivering exceptional properties designed for resilience and luxury. We're seeking an organized individual to join our team and help us manage our office and handle communications with guests.

Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized individual to manage the front desk at our main office, including answering calls, greeting guests, handling mail and deliveries, ordering supplies, running errands, letter writing, and assisting our President/CEO and other executives with select tasks as needed.

This role requires organization, excellent communication skills, and a self-motivated individual who can identify tasks that need to be completed with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all office mail, packages, and deliveries, allocating mail expenses to the appropriate entities.
Greet office guests and direct them to the appropriate team member.
Manage office supplies including ordering new supplies as needed, and keeping the supply room organized.
Assist the President/CEO and his personal assistant with select tasks such as writing brief letters, ordering meals, occasional scheduling for appointments, etc. Fill in for personal assistant when they are absent.
Assist other managers in the company with various tasks such as managing emails, scheduling, running errands, etc.
Assist in planning company-wide events.
Assist in the care of two friendly, large Labrador retrievers who are in office daily, by taking them for walks throughout the day and refilling their water.

Qualifications:

Experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant is preferred but not required.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable calling, emailing, and communicating with guests and team members.
Comfortable working in an office environment with two friendly office dogs who are in office Monday-Friday (Labrador retrievers) and walking them during the day.
Organized and able to manage priorities independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Gmail.
