Director of Marketing

About Maimone Legal

Maimone Legal is one of the fastest-growing U.S. immigration law firms helping individuals, families, investors, and entrepreneurs successfully navigate the immigration process. Our team works with clients across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and around the world through a combination of legal expertise, educational events, digital marketing, and exceptional client service.

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and results-oriented Director of Marketing to lead our marketing department, oversee lead generation efforts, manage internal and external creative teams, and help scale the firm’s growth across multiple markets.

This is a leadership position for someone who understands both strategy and execution and is comfortable managing campaigns, people, vendors, budgets, and performance metrics.

Position Overview

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing all marketing initiatives for Maimone Legal. This individual will oversee lead generation, branding, content creation, events, digital advertising, CRM workflows, reporting, and marketing operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while leading a team toward measurable business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals.
Lead and manage the marketing department, including internal staff, freelancers, agencies, and vendors.
Establish marketing KPIs and monitor performance across all channels.
Create quarterly and annual marketing plans.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing

Oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, email marketing, and organic marketing initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead quality, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI.
Coordinate landing page development and conversion optimization efforts.
Analyze marketing data and provide actionable recommendations.

Content & Brand Management

Manage content creation across social media, video, blogs, podcasts, webinars, and email campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
Coordinate production of video content, photography, graphics, and promotional materials.
Work closely with attorneys and leadership to develop educational and promotional content.

Events & Webinars

Plan and execute live events, seminars, webinars, expos, and community outreach initiatives.
Coordinate marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.
Oversee event branding, promotion, logistics, and post-event follow-up.

CRM & Marketing Operations

Manage CRM systems, lead tracking, automation workflows, and reporting.
Work closely with intake and sales teams to improve lead conversion performance.
Develop dashboards and reports to track marketing effectiveness and business impact.

Website & SEO

Oversee website management, content updates, SEO strategy, and user experience improvements.
Work with developers and SEO specialists to improve rankings and lead generation performance.
Monitor website analytics and conversion metrics.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of marketing leadership experience.
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience managing teams, agencies, and vendors.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

Experience in legal services, professional services, healthcare, financial services, or other lead-generation-focused industries.
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Go High Level, or similar systems.
Experience managing webinar and event marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with SEO, website management, and conversion rate optimization.
